I’m Colin Lenox, owner and operator of Dreamlive. For the past two decades, I’ve been performing, teaching, and practicing music. I enjoy sharing the knowledge I’ve gained from formal study as well as the ‘road wisdom’ I’ve learned from playing in bands. Approach to Lessons

Who are your favorite guitarists and what music do you like? Are you interested in learning folk finger-style or do you want to write songs of your own? Unlike online lessons, your teacher will give you specific feedback and tailored exercises based on your needs. Lesson material consists of a combination of technique building, music theory, and popular songs. Check out sample lesson material below.

About The Teacher

Colin Lenox is a guitarist, teacher, and producer currently based in Philadelphia. After earning a degree in music with a jazz concentration from the University Of Vermont in 2010, he has been busy performing and teaching. Notable musicians Colin has had the honor to share the stage with include Russ Lawton and Tony Markellis (Trey Anastasio Band), Mike Gordon (Phish), Slick Aguilar (Jefferson Starship), Vinnie Amico (Moe), Scott Guberman (Phil Lesh and Friends), Zach Nugent (Melvin Seals and JGB), Richard James (Pink Talking Fish), and more.
